Terms & Conditions

These are strict put in place terms and conditions. These apply to every single groom for every single customer. Please read them thoroughly.

Please be aware your grooming appointment is for your dog only, or several from the same home, this ensures your dog gets my full attention, I book appointments close together so drop off and collection times must be stuck to.

Please read the terms and Conditions below.

- Additional charges will be given on late pickup.

- Cancellations must be given 48 hours in advance, if last minute you will be charged full price of the missed appointment as I cant fill your space. Once payment has been made you can book back in for another appointment to be paid for on the day.

- I will need to see a recent photo of the dog before I can give a rough quote. Quotes given over the phone are an estimate and not the guaranteed final price.

- Matted dogs will be shaved short. There is a charge for this depending on severity and dog size.

- If the dog is matted you agree that the most humane thing to do is have the dog shaved.

- If matted you agree I can shave your dog down on the necessary blade with out needing to contact you first.

- An additional charge of £20 (per dog) will be added to the total cost of the groom if they have fleas.

- If you do not want your dogs before and after picture posted on my Facebook page you must let me know before the groom. If nothing is discussed before hand I will post the pictures.

- Aggressive dogs are not tolerated, if aggression is shown you will be contacted to collect and pay full price regardless of the groom being finished or not.

This will apply for every groom.
